Yurong Li
Chief Executive Officer
Yurong is a successful global business executive and an entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in global business development, sales & marketing, key account management, general management, project management and engineering in energy and environmental industries. Through her global business development and marketing role she has built trusted international networks in technology, financial and business advisory.
Yurong established and cofounded a membrane technology company, and brought the initial investment and opened the commercial markets for the company. She was previously Global Marketing and Business Development Director for Pall Corporation’s Industrial Group and Global Business Development and Marketing Director for Eaton Corporation’s Industrial Group. Early in her career, she was a Process Engineer and Project Manager for SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation (SEI) in China.
Yurong has worked with subsidiaries, clients and alliance partners around the world in oil & gas, petroleum, chemical & petrochemicals, filtration, water treatment, compact portable water treatment, landfill leachate treatment, desalination, and air pollution control, hazardous waste disposal, biogas and renewable energy across municipal and industrial sectors.
Yurong holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stern Business School, New York University, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT). Her language skills are Chinese (Mandarin-native) and English.
Victor Jiao
Executive Vice President
Victor Jiao is an accomplished business development leader and senior engineer with more than 26 years of experience in strategic management, business development, and project engineering. Throughout his career he’s built broad networks in the energy sector, especially in the oil & gas industry. He has led key breakthroughs for major projects and driven significant business growth in emerging markets.
He previously served as Director for IBM Global Business Services, Director for Deloitte China, Business Development and Commercial Leader for Shell Exploration and Production Co. in China, and Business Development Leader for ConocoPhillips Asia.
Early in his career he was a senior engineer and project manager for the Major Project Office at SINOPEC Headquarters, International Business Manager for UNIPEC, and Engineer for SINOPEC Planning Institute.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Machinery Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in China, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Richard Ivey Business School, The University of Western Ontario in Canada.
Lisa Koblinski
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa is a senior financial executive and provides financial services to the Company on an advisory basis. She has over 25 years of combined business and industry experience in: public and private financial reporting and filings, technical accounting matters, experience with multiple financial and operating systems, corporate governance (including SOX and other regulatory compliance), external and internal audit, and other financial advisory and special projects throughout her career.
Lisa has led and participated in several committees, as well as reported to Boards and Audit Committees, on multiple financial and compliance matters including weaknesses and recommendations in policies, internal controls and business processes. Lisa led company internal and external audits for several years, and worked on the other side from a forensic and litigation perspective proactively assisting companies through contract disputes and investigations, as well as provided risk management and other compliance solutions, a unique combination and skill set. Lisa previously also specialized in serving acquisitive clients undergoing IPO’s and secondary offerings, as well as turnaround and restructuring companies undergoing carve-outs and spin-offs, addressing a multitude of accounting and financial matters in this environment.
Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and HEC School of Management (Paris), and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a Finance & Economics minor, from Lake Superior State University where she also graduated as Summa Cum Laude.

Ali Kalantar
Mr. Kalantar is PAT President and a world recognized desalination, water and wastewater treatment industry executive with 35 years of proven experience in all aspects of the business from engineering and design, project management, manufacturing and international business development to recruitment, operations management, corporate strategy, and finance. Mr. Kalantar was the co‐founder and CEO of two (2) successful industry leading firms: American Engineering Services and American Water Chemicals. Mr. Kalantar was CEO of Doosan Hydro Technology, recognized in 2009 as Desalination Company of the Year by Global Water Intelligence.
Mr. Kalantar holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles, California, he is Licensed GC Engineering Class "A" in the State of California.
Awais Khan (“AK”)
Awais Khan is an entrepreneurial executive and a political advisor with a diverse experience in the public and private sectors.
He is an EIR at Innovation Pavilion, where he works with technology startups and larger institutions to commercialize disruptive innovations. Earlier in his career, as a member of the startup team, he built a digital transformation firm that was acquired by a global technology company. He was the Executive Director of Venture Capital Group at KPMG, and served as the chair of venture forums and an editorial board on innovation and venture capital. He started his career at Hewlett Packard.
He was appointed president of an initiative launched by the Obama administration, under the leadership of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, General Colin Powell and Prime Minister Dr. Moeen Qureshi, to advise the White House and Congress on a $7.5B fund authorized by the Kerry-Lugar congressional legislation. He launched and led several key initiatives – establishing a co-investment partnership with US Govt., and working with Congress to setup and launch public-private partnership funds to invest in social and economic development. Additionally, he has advised the leadership at the White House, USAID, and the World Bank to devise a financing framework for development in Africa, which was announced at the US-Africa Leaders Summit.
Awais holds a Master of Business Administration from London School of Economics and Stern School of Business at New York University, and a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from California State University. He serves on the board of social enterprises working on innovative solutions for serving people living below poverty in Asia and Africa.
